The Iron are set to announce the loan signing of Coventry City defender Junior Brown, according to a report this morning.
The news has come out of the blue on Thursday, with United fans not seeing left back as a position that needed to be filled.
But with Lewis Butroid injured, there has been rumours that Kgosi Nthle may have also picked up an injury, and Paul Hurst has moved quickly to shore up that position.

Brown has played for Hurst before, and was part of the Shrewsbury side that almost clinched promotion to the Championship two seasons ago.
