Scunthorpe have signed Ryan Yates on-loan from Nottingham Forest for the remainder of the season.
The highly-rated youngster left Notts County on Wednesday so the move could go through.
The teenager has impressed whilst on loan with County this season, as the League Two side have risen to second, scoring six goals in the process.
Yates was one of the goalscorers during the Carabao Cup tie with United earlier on in the season.
