Iron ‘to battle’ Bradford, Charlton and Rotherham for Ipswich’s prolific Kieffer Moore

The Iron are considering making a move for Ipswich Town striker Kieffer Moore, after Eoin Doyle’s injury revelation, according to reports circulating down south.

The South London Press report that four clubs are all thought to be lining up bids for the striker, who has enjoyed a prolific spell whilst on loan with Rotherham United.

Bradford City, Rotherham, Charlton and the Iron are the team’s who are definitely interested – but there are more unnamed sides on the hunt.

Moore has 13 goals in all competitions for the Millers, but has not found the net since early November.

He netted one of the goals when United were defeated by Rotherham at the New York Stadium in mid-October.

Charlton appear to be the frontrunners at the moment, if the SLP are to be believed, but the Iron’s interest would make sense, after Graham Alexander’s hunt for Doyle was cut short when it was announced that the Preston North End striker had suffered a blood clot, that is likely to mean he will missing for ‘month’s rather than week’s’.

If the Iron are linked further with Moore, we will give you an update. #UTI
