Last season’s League One runners up, Bolton Wanderers, are planning a late move for Josh Morris, according to speculation – But don’t worry just yet.
It has so far been a quiet deadline day for the Iron, but things could spice up quickly if Wanderers do act and move forward with a bid.
The rumour arose only moments ago, when the usuably reliable journalist Pete O’Rourke tweeted saying:

Morris’ goals and assists were pivtoal in the Iron finishing in the League One Play Offs last season, but he had received criticism in recent months for a dip in form.
Thankfully, the winger has begun this season how he did the last, and has three goals and two assists to his name already.
The loss of Morris would be disappointing for the Iron, but if a big bid comes in, it may be too hard for the club to turn it down.
Bolton manager, Phil Parkinson, let Morris join the Iron on a free whilst he was at Bradford, before taking over as the Wanderers manager shortly after.
It is believed that Morris and Parkinson had a frosty relationship, and that would surely put the winger off working with him again.
